Shipping Policy

All of our items are custom made and therefore our turnaround can be up to 2 weeks. We will usually get items out much faster than this, however at busier times such as Christmas this may be extended.

Orders are always sent via tracked 24 or 48 to enable you to track them throughout the shipping process.

As our items are personalised and made to order, cancellations & refunds aren't accepted.

Should an item be damaged in transit we will need photos to enable us to claim from the shipping courier. We will then be able to issue a replacement.
